I've been, able to minimize it by always wearing a padded bra. As long as my nipples stay warm and my breasts are well supported, I'm fine. Sometimes my nipples will ache at night if I'm lying on my breasts or if my nipple happens to be positioned over a wrinkle in the sheets, but so far most of the pain has ,been, in the afternoons and evenings.

I just found two hairs on my chin and they were long and dark! How I missed those I'll never know***They somehow manage to grow overnight. I am totally serious: I will spend half an hour before bed going over my chin very carefully for those suckers -- pluck every last one -- and in the morning when I wash my face I'll feel four more "boar hairs" that are nearly half an inch long and jet black.
